Summary

This pilot study tests a digital program that uses facial recognition to guide mouth and throat exercises for people with mild-to-moderate obstructive sleep apnea. The goal is to strengthen airway muscles, reduce snoring, and improve sleep quality. Sixty adults who cannot use standard treatments like CPAP will be randomly assigned to the 3-month app program or a waitlist.
