App aims to catch cancer drug side effects faster

Summary
This study is testing whether a digital app that lets patients report their symptoms weekly helps doctors better manage side effects for people taking two cancer drugs (cabozantinib and nivolumab) for advanced kidney cancer. It involves 83 adults who are starting this specific drug combination for the first time. The main goal is to see if using the app leads to quicker adjustments in care, like dose changes or extra doctor visits, during the first three months of treatment.
