Summary
This study tests whether adding a smartwatch and mobile app to standard chronic pain treatment helps adults manage their pain better. 80 adults with chronic low back pain will either get standard care alone or standard care plus real-time monitoring of pain, activity, and heart rate. The goal is to see if digital tools improve pain, quality of life, and mood over four weeks.
