Summary
This study tests a digital storytelling program designed to help older adults living at home reduce their risk of falling, fear of falling, and improve their confidence. Researchers will compare two groups of 40 people aged 65 and older. The program uses stories and health tips delivered online to encourage safer behaviors and self-belief.
