Can personal stories help catch dementia earlier in rural communities?
NCT ID NCT07431528
Summary
This study aims to test whether digital storytelling videos featuring people with dementia and their caregivers can improve knowledge about Alzheimer's disease and encourage earlier diagnosis in rural Vietnam. Researchers will enroll 100 older adults with memory concerns and their caregivers to watch these interactive videos delivered via mobile technology. The main goal is to see if this approach is practical and acceptable, and whether it changes attitudes and knowledge about dementia.
