Summary
This study is testing a smartphone app called Digital SPA, designed with input from teens, to help adolescents aged 12–17 manage chronic pain. The app uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy techniques to reduce pain interference and emergency room visits. About 195 teens and their parents will try the app and report their experiences through questionnaires and interviews.
