Summary

This study is testing whether a smartphone app that plays special sounds can safely help pregnant women with insomnia sleep better. It involves 30 women in their first or second trimester who will use the app for two weeks. Researchers will measure changes in sleep quality, anxiety, and mood to see if the app helps.
