Can better sleep break the pain cycle? oxford tests online therapy for fibromyalgia
NCT ID NCT07465991
Summary
This study is testing whether a 10-week online sleep therapy program can help adults with fibromyalgia who also have trouble sleeping. Researchers want to see if improving sleep can lead to better quality of life, less pain, and more willingness to move. Participants will either use the digital program or receive standard sleep advice, and their sleep, pain, and movement will be tracked over six months.
