Smartphone app aims to soothe sleepless nights for kids with autism and their parents
NCT ID NCT07398183
Summary
This study is testing whether a smartphone app that teaches parents behavioral sleep techniques can help children with autism who have trouble sleeping. It will also see if the app improves parents' own sleep, stress, and mental health. About 195 families will be randomly assigned to use the app with or without extra support, or to continue their usual routines.
