Digital coaching aims to cut chemical exposure in young adults

NCT ID NCT06450951

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether a personalized digital program can help child-bearing aged men and women reduce their exposure to endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDCs) found in plastics and personal care products. Participants provide urine samples and receive a report of their chemical levels, plus access to an online curriculum and coaches. The goal is to see if this approach lowers chemical levels and increases awareness compared to testing alone.
