Summary
This study is testing an online program designed to help women who had diabetes during pregnancy (gestational diabetes) get the recommended follow-up diabetes screening and join lifestyle programs after giving birth. The goal is to prevent these women from developing type 2 diabetes later on. Researchers are testing different parts of the digital program with 2,000 participants to see what works best.
