Digital lifeline for teens in mental health crisis
NCT ID NCT06233747
Summary
This study is testing a digital program called I-CARE for teenagers who are in a medical hospital waiting for a mental health treatment bed. The program uses seven animated videos and workbook activities to teach coping skills, with help from a hospital staff member. Researchers want to see if using I-CARE can lower the teens' emotional distress and thoughts about suicide while they wait.
