Smart pillbox aims to stop patients missing meds
NCT ID NCT07175545
Summary
This study is testing a portable, automated pill dispenser called Mobili® to see if it helps people with diabetes or heart disease take their multiple medications correctly. The device alerts patients when it's time for a dose and can alert a pharmacist if a dose is missed. Researchers will compare the smart dispenser to standard pill organizers used in pharmacies to see which works better for keeping people on track with their treatment.
