Veterans get at-home digital treatment for pain and addiction

Summary

This study tests a digital treatment program for veterans who have both chronic pain and opioid use disorder and are already taking buprenorphine. The program is designed to be done from home and aims to reduce pain interference and improve daily functioning. About 250 veterans will take part to see if this approach works better than standard care alone.
