Summary
This study looks at whether using a digital device to measure muscle strength can help university students with technology addiction become more physically active. Researchers will test 140 students aged 18-30, comparing digital muscle strength readings with their reported activity levels. The goal is to find objective ways to identify weak muscles and create personalized exercise plans.
