First seen Apr 04, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tested whether a 10-day smartphone app-based mindfulness program can improve sleep and reduce stress in healthy adults. 91 participants were randomly assigned to either use the mindfulness app daily or join a waitlist. All wore a ring to track sleep and heart rate. The goal was to see if a short, digital mindfulness practice could make a real difference in sleep quality and relaxation.
