Summary
This study tested a digital system called TeACH to help teens understand and manage anxiety during primary care visits. Researchers worked with 365 teens from underserved communities to design and implement the tool in clinics. The goal was to see if teens would use digital mental health resources and feel more confident addressing anxiety symptoms.
