NCT ID NCT06002958
Summary
This study looked at how well a digital platform called Horyzons could be added to regular mental health care. Horyzons offers therapy content and a private social network. Researchers worked with clinics in North Carolina to understand what helps or hinders using the platform. They also tracked if it helped young adults with early psychosis feel less lonely and more supported over 12 months.
