First seen Mar 30, 2026 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study will test whether the Noom digital lifestyle program helps adults who are taking GLP-1 medications (like Wegovy or Ozempic) improve their diet and physical activity. About 220 participants will use the program for 4 months while wearing a Fitbit to track activity. Researchers want to see if the program leads to healthier eating and more exercise, and how well it works in real-world settings.
