Smartphone app aims to keep aging brains sharp
NCT ID NCT07376135
Summary
This study tests whether a personalized digital lifestyle program can help prevent cognitive decline in older adults at risk for dementia. 300 participants aged 55-75 will use a smartphone app and smartwatch while receiving coaching on diet, exercise, sleep, and other lifestyle factors. Researchers will compare this digital program against standard lifestyle advice to see if it's more effective at reducing dementia risk factors.
