Text messages to save hearts: can your phone help prevent a second heart attack?

NCT ID NCT06114615

Summary

This study is testing whether a remote monitoring program can help people better manage their health after a heart procedure like a stent placement. 200 patients will be split into two groups: one gets standard care, and the other gets devices to track their health at home along with regular text message check-ins and support. The goal is to see if this extra support helps control blood pressure, improve medication use, and prevent patients from needing to return to the hospital.
