Summary

This study tests a virtual program called Integrative Medicine at Home (IM@Home) that includes cardio and yoga classes to help breast cancer patients undergoing radiation feel less tired and improve their quality of life. About 40 participants will try the program, and researchers will see if it is easy to use and helps with symptoms like fatigue, depression, and trouble sleeping. The goal is to find a simple, home-based way to support patients during treatment.
