Summary
This study is testing a digital exercise program designed to help older family members who care for someone with heart failure. Participants will use a Fitbit activity tracker and receive coaching to increase their physical activity. The goal is to see if this approach reduces caregiver stress, improves mood, and increases fitness levels.
