Can your FitBit help tame your irregular heartbeat?
NCT ID NCT06938412
Summary
This study is testing if a personalized exercise program, guided by a FitBit and digital health tools, can help people with a common heart rhythm problem called atrial fibrillation (AFib) feel better. Researchers will enroll 120 adults with symptomatic AFib to see if this tech-supported approach reduces their symptoms and how much AFib affects their daily life. The goal is to create an accessible, patient-centered way to use exercise as therapy.
