Summary

This study tests whether simple digital questionnaires can help primary care doctors identify new cases of Alzheimer's disease and related dementias during annual wellness visits. About 3,150 adults aged 65 and older without prior memory loss diagnosis will participate. The goal is to see if these tools lead to earlier and more accurate detection.
