Summary
This study aims to develop a smartphone app to help treat depression. Researchers want to see if suggesting small, personalized daily activities (like taking a short walk) can boost people's energy and improve their mood. They are recruiting 180 adults with depression to test how brain scans and activity tracking can help create the most effective app suggestions.
