App and toothbrush team up to fight plaque!

Summary
This study tests whether a personalized digital app, paired with an electronic toothbrush, helps adults brush twice daily for two minutes. 230 participants from California dental clinics will be randomly assigned to get either standard instructions or the digital coaching. The goal is to see if technology can improve long-term brushing habits and oral health.
