Summary
This study looked at how a new digital healthcare platform changed the work environment, well-being, and care quality for healthcare staff in Sweden. Over 1,000 employees from the County of Gävleborg answered surveys before and after the platform was introduced. The goal was to see if digital tools improve patient safety and staff satisfaction compared to traditional care.
