Can a tablet app help people take control of early memory loss?

NCT ID NCT07286448

Summary

This study is testing whether a personalized digital brain training program, used at home on a tablet, can help older adults with mild memory problems become more confident and active in managing their own health and daily life. Researchers will compare this program to a standard educational program using videos and printed materials. About 100 participants aged 50 and older will be randomly assigned to one of the two groups and complete sessions at home over five weeks.
