New enzyme blend could beat the bloat without strict diets
NCT ID NCT07591584
First seen May 17, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tests whether a digestive enzyme blend (FODZYME®) can reduce bloating and stomach pain in adults who often feel bloated. About 150 people will take either the enzyme or a placebo for a period, then switch. The goal is to see if the enzyme helps break down hard-to-digest carbs, offering a simpler alternative to restrictive low-FODMAP diets.
