Summary
This study looks at whether starting to eat within 24 hours after a colon polyp removal procedure (called ESD) is safe and better than waiting longer. About 204 patients will be randomly assigned to either early feeding (water after 2 hours, then liquid diet) or delayed feeding (fasting until the next day). The goal is to see if early eating leads to fewer complications like bleeding, and improves patient satisfaction.
