Can a Plant-Based pill curb your appetite? new study investigates
NCT ID NCT07240246
Summary
This study is testing whether a dietary supplement made from plant extracts can help people manage their weight. Researchers want to see if the supplement affects gut hormones that control appetite and feelings of fullness. For 12 weeks, 40 adults with overweight or obesity will take either the supplement or a placebo pill, while researchers measure hormone levels, appetite, and body measurements.
