Can changing your Family's diet stop colon cancer before it starts?

NCT ID NCT06117241

Summary

This study is testing whether a 6-month anti-inflammatory diet can reduce body inflammation and improve gut health in obese adults who have had colon polyps, a risk factor for early colon cancer. Researchers are also enrolling an overweight partner or child from the same household to see if the diet helps them too. The goal is to see if this dietary change can lower biological markers linked to cancer risk.
