Summary
This study aims to learn how different diets and digital information tools affect inflammation and eating habits in people with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis. Researchers will compare 140 patients trying a special Nordic diet or using a digital tool against those receiving standard care. The goal is to gather knowledge to help patients make better food choices and improve their quality of life.
