Summary
This study is testing whether patients with early-stage breast cancer can follow a special diet for about 9 days before their surgery. Researchers want to see if patients can stick to either a ketogenic (very low carb) or a protein-restricted diet. The main goal is to check if this short-term diet change is practical and safe, while also looking for early clues about how it might affect cancer cells.
