Summary
This study is testing a personalized diet program to help Chinese and Vietnamese Americans manage their type 2 diabetes. For 24 weeks, 120 participants will use a continuous glucose monitor and may receive a culturally tailored diet plan if their blood sugar isn't improving. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and helps people keep their blood sugar in a healthy range more often.
