Summary

This study is testing a 16-week diet coaching and cooking class program designed to help Black adults at risk for kidney disease eat healthier. The goal is to see if this community-based approach is practical and acceptable to participants. Researchers will measure if the program helps people stick to a heart-healthy diet and improves markers of kidney and heart health.
