Pre-Surgery diet study aims to unlock cancer cell secrets

Summary
This study looks at whether women with early-stage breast cancer can stick to a special diet (ketogenic or low-protein) for about 9 days before their surgery. The main goal is to see if the diet is doable, not to treat the cancer. Researchers will also check how the diet affects cancer cells and the immune system. About 75 women will take part.
