Summary

This study looks at how a healthy, calorie-controlled diet (the DASH diet) affects weight and gut bacteria compared to a typical American diet. Researchers will collect stool samples to see how diet and race interact with gut microbes, aiming to find better ways to prevent and treat obesity.
