Summary

This study tests three different diets to see which one best reduces bloating and other stomach issues in people with systemic sclerosis (scleroderma). Researchers will compare a low-FODMAP diet, a specific elimination diet (CDED), and standard UK dietary advice (NICE). The goal is to find a practical way to improve quality of life for the 60 participants.
