Summary
This study tests whether a personalized diet plan from a dietitian can improve constipation in people with Parkinson's disease. Fifty-four adults will follow the diet for 3 months, with regular check-ins. Researchers will track bowel movements, gut bacteria, and diet quality to see if the intervention helps.
