Can changing when and what you eat make chemotherapy easier?
NCT ID NCT05259410
Summary
This study is testing whether two dietary approaches can help women undergoing chemotherapy for breast cancer. Researchers want to see if eating only during an 8-hour window each day (time-restricted eating) or combining that with a Mediterranean-style diet reduces treatment side effects, improves quality of life, and helps manage weight. The study will compare these approaches to standard care in 40 participants to see which is most helpful and practical.
