Can changing when and what you eat help fight breast cancer treatment side effects?
NCT ID NCT05259410
Summary
This study is testing if specific eating patterns can help people during breast cancer chemotherapy. Researchers want to see if eating only during an 8-hour window each day (time-restricted eating), either alone or combined with a Mediterranean-style diet, can reduce treatment side effects, improve quality of life, and help manage weight. The study will compare these approaches to standard care in 40 women with early-stage breast cancer.
