Summary

This study tests whether combining the DASH diet (a heart-healthy eating plan) with a home-based walking program can help people with peripheral artery disease (PAD) walk longer and feel better. About 150 adults with PAD and leg cramps will follow the program for 3 months. The goal is to see if this approach improves walking ability and quality of life.
