Can your diet and exercise routine turn down knee pain?
NCT ID NCT05670314
Summary
This study tested whether a six-week program of dietary supplements and specific exercises could reduce pain for people with knee osteoarthritis. Researchers divided 117 participants into groups receiving diet advice, exercise plans, both, or a placebo. The main goal was to see if these lifestyle changes could ease pain and improve function by influencing the body's internal pain-relief chemicals.
