Soybeans and sweat: a new recipe for better mood and metabolism?

NCT ID NCT05649176

Summary

This study tested a 12-week supervised diet and exercise program for older adults with insulin resistance and apathy, a lack of motivation. Researchers wanted to see if the program improved these conditions and whether adding soybeans to the diet made it more effective. Participants received all their meals and exercised under supervision while researchers measured changes in their bodies and mood.
