Summary

This small pilot study is testing whether combining a special low-carb diet with a supervised exercise program can help people with malignant glioma feel better. Fifteen participants will follow a 15-week program of twice-weekly workouts and a modified Atkins diet. The main goal is to see if this combination improves their quality of life, fitness, and symptoms like fatigue and anxiety.
