Vegan vs. carnivore: which diet keeps your cholesterol from clumping?
NCT ID NCT07474233
Summary
This study aims to understand how vegan, omnivore, and carnivore diets affect how easily 'bad' cholesterol clumps together in the blood, which can lead to artery plaque. Researchers will compare cholesterol levels and other health markers in 90 adults who have followed one of these diets for at least six months. The goal is to gather information about links between diet patterns and heart health risks.
