Vegan vs. carnivore: which diet stops cholesterol from clogging arteries?

NCT ID NCT07474233

Summary

This study aims to understand how following a vegan, omnivore, or carnivore diet affects the way 'bad' cholesterol (LDL) clumps together in the blood, which is linked to artery plaque. Researchers will compare blood tests and diet information from 90 healthy adults who have followed one of these diets for at least six months. The goal is to gather knowledge about the connection between long-term diet patterns and heart health risks.
