Can your poop tell you what to eat? study tests diet feedback
NCT ID NCT06266689
Summary
This study is testing whether showing people what they've eaten—based on DNA analysis of their stool samples—helps them improve their diet. Researchers will enroll 600 participants, including infants and their caregivers, who will provide stool samples before and after receiving their diet data. The goal is to see if this feedback leads to healthier eating patterns and changes in gut bacteria.
